Commentary for June 21, 2020: Well, that’s another chapter over. And, at the risk of tipping my hand, I will just say don’t sleep on this turn of events. What just happened here will be the driving force of Knuckles’s story for years to come -- even into Eon’s World Vol. 2. And that was true even in the old days of Eon’s Comic. I’m not going to elaborate, because I don’t want to spoil things, but I cannot overstate how important this moment here is. And because of that importance, I made this a reasonably faithful re-creation of the original version of this scene, too. Anyway, strap yourselves in, dear readers. The final arc of this season is about to begin and it’s going to be intense. |
