Commentary for November 1, 2014: I'm really proud of the rover I spent a whole weekend creating. I think it's awesome. Inside and out, it's probably one of the best 3D models I've ever made. And then it gets about three panels of page time in the whole chapter. Oh well. It'll be back. Panel 3 is supposed to be the Olympian flying low over one of Titan's hydrocarbon lakes. I have no idea whether it would actually look like the Oil Ocean from Sonic 2 or not, but Titan's surface is supposed to be pretty dark, so I imagine the lakes on the surface would look pretty black. Addendum for December 12, 2019: In order to bring the format of the earlier chapters into line with Chapter 7 onwards, I’ve made an updated version of this page, which is larger, with clearer text. Hopefully, this will make the earlier chapters easier to read. |
