Commentary for October 15, 2014: So I wanted to create another ship's captain that might go on to play a bigger role in the future, and thus was Captain Tomomi Sato of the Altair born. I'm a tad disappointed with how she ultimately ended up looking on this page, but then I've never been great at drawing humans. Still, practice. She looks better on Saturday's page, I promise! Still, space battle! ...sort of. Is it really a battle when the other side doesn't return fire? Addendum for December 12, 2019: In order to bring the format of the earlier chapters into line with Chapter 7 onwards, I’ve made an updated version of this page, which is larger, with clearer text. Hopefully, this will make the earlier chapters easier to read. |
