Commentary for August 2, 2014: A tiny bit of experimenting happened on this page. Okay, not really all that tiny. Basically, I tried out a new method of doing backgrounds that saved time (it worked!) and I veered a little harder towards a more traditional Sonic style (it kinda worked). I'll be doing more of that in chapter 5, which will begin in September. No, I don't have a precise date. It could be the start of the month. It could be the end. It could be anywhere in between. I've learnt that trying to stick to hard and fast dates is impossible when you have so many demands on your time. Anyways, hope you enjoyed chapter 4! Addendum for November 11, 2019: In order to bring the format of the earlier chapters into line with Chapter 7 onwards, I’ve made an updated version of this page, which is larger, with clearer text. Hopefully, this will make the earlier chapters easier to read. |
