Commentary for June 22, 2013: Serena's head looks too small in panel 1. Aside from that, I think the art looks all right on this page. I figured it was worth reminding older readers what "UNDF" stands for, as well as letting newer readers know, but doing so in a less ham-fisted way than having one of the characters say the entire name "United Nations Defence Force" out loud, because how often do you say "Royal Air Force" or "National Aeronautics and Space Administration" out loud in conversation? Typically, you'll just "RAF" or "NASA". Addendum for October 3, 2019: In order to bring the format of the earlier chapters into line with Chapter 7 onwards, I’ve made an updated version of this page, which is larger, with clearer text. Hopefully, this will make the earlier chapters easier to read. |
